Dear Charlie and Janet,
"I LOVE your lamb. It is so tender . It is soooo tasty. I basically eat very little red meat. Your lamb is it.
I chose your lamb.....because you do not use antibiotics or hormones. The lambs are local, they are range fed with alfalfa hay and brewers grain supplement ( from the local Great Basin Brewery in Reno/Sparks) You mentioned that this is the same grain and hay supplier the Baker Ranch raises his beef on, also with no antibiotics or hormones www.brewerybeef.com . I feel like you both have integrity in regard to how you raise these lambs and deal with people regarding the lamb/requests for specific lamb cuts for freezing /lamb pricing / follow through/ delivery and communication on orders. The quality of lamb you produce is exquisite. I look forward to many more years of your wonderful lambs. I would recomend you and your lambs to anyone looking for quality lamb . We had lamb chops on the Bar B last night.
Absolutely delicious, moist and wonderful flavor.
We know your price must go up to continue with the costs of raising lambs but do let us know and we will again put $$ in ahead of time to secure another lamb for next year.

The lamb we have eaten is great. Lots of flavor and very tender. We have had the chops and ribs – certainly far better than we get in the market. I would think that people who really enjoy lamb would be lining up to buy your product.

Here is the recipe for the sliders my wife typed up for me to send to you:
LAMB SLIDERS (mini burgers)
1 lb lamb (only from Charlie)
1 tsp Rosemary
1 clove garlic minced
1 green onion chopped
few mint leaves minced
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all above
form mini patties...not too thin and not too thick
Grill on the BBQ
Serve on mini buns (Trader Joe's are best)
crumble feta on top of the slider
Delicious!
